The easiest way to get an answer would be to check with your insurance provider.
Hope I helped.
Why not ask your doctors all those questions and see what kind of info they can give you. They may even give you some #’s you can call and that way you can ask even more questions.Military pays half of it if your in the military or if your spouse is active.
You OBGYN should be able to help you or at least be a starting point. Check with your insurance company or HR department at work on coverage. Usually the initial examination to determine the reason for infertility are covered, most of it, but you have to pay 50% of the treatments.
Some insurance companies will pay for it some will pay half. Most of the time if you need to see a specialist it’s an extra copay and you need a referral. It’s best to call the 1-800 number on the back of your provider card.
You have to check into your insurance coverage to see if “fertility treatments” are covered.Usually, they are not. I would recommend going through a ob/gyn to get checked and to see if the pills will be able to help you.
Note: Fertility medications are not covered. I know that for a fact
